Xuan Tho 1 & 2 Solar power plant

On Oct 30, 2018, Electric Power Trading Company (EPTC) and Phu Khanh Solar. JSC signed Power Purchase Agreement for 100MW Xuan Tho I and Xuan Tho II Solar Project.

Electric Power Trading Company and Phu Khanh Solar JSC have signed a Power Purchase Agreement for 100 MW Xuan Tho 1 and Xuan Tho 2 Solar Project, approved feed-in-tariff (FiT) rate of 9.35 US cents per kilowatt-hour (kWh)

The installation, located in Xuan Tho 1 and Xuan Tho 2 Commune, Song Cau Town, Phu Yen Province expects to start providing clean energy by the mid of 2019. The site will be developed on 60 hectares of lands. Each of these projects has a capacity of 49.6 MW, 76.2 million kWh/year, investment capital of 1,247 billion VND.

VietNam PRP has supported Owners to get Agreement on Technical Design of Grid Connection Points, Agreement on Tariff Metering System, Agreement on Relay Protection and Automation System, Agreement on SCADA and Telecommunication System, conditions for signing the PPA with EPTC. In addition, Feasibility Study Report Preparation, Basic Design Preparation is designed by VietNam PRP company.
