Electricity Activity License Application

Pursuant to the Decision No 21/2020/TT-BCT dated on 09/09/2020 issued by Ministry of Industry and Trade (MOIT) that stipulates the conditions, process and procedures for issuance, modification, supplement, withdrawal and administration of power operation license, it is required that there must be the technical documents on power connection point, operation plan in the power system and other related technical documents in the application for issuing, modifying, supplementing the license of power operation.
